Mississippi Valley State Delta Devils Football TV Schedule, Channels, Times

How to watch live stream Mississippi Valley State Delta Devils football game today, tonight, or tomorrow? What channel & time?

The Mississippi Valley State Delta Devils play in the SWAC, and most of their 2026 season streams on SWAC TV, the conference's own service, which carries the home slate at Rice-Totten Stadium and the majority of league road games. Two dates break that pattern: the road trip to Jackson State on November 7 runs on HBCU GO, and the non-conference openers at Nicholls and Sacramento State go out through ESPN+ via the host schools. Terrell Buckley enters his second season in Itta Bena after a 2-10 debut year, and the schedule he inherits is a demanding one — three straight to open the season away from home, including a cross-country trip to face a brand-new FBS program. The Delta Devils have five home games and one neutral-site classic in Chicago.

Which Mississippi Valley State Delta Devils games are worth watching in 2026?

The September 5 trip to Sacramento is the most unusual game on any SWAC schedule this year. It is the Delta Devils' first meeting with the Hornets, their first game against an FBS opponent in a decade, and it doubles as a home date in Sacramento State's inaugural season in the Mid-American Conference after leaving the FCS behind. A week later comes the Chicago Football Classic at Soldier Field, back on the calendar after sitting out 2025 — fitting for MVSU, which played in the very first edition of the event in 1997. The opponent, Lincoln University of Pennsylvania, is a Division II CIAA program the Delta Devils have never faced.

The home opener on September 19 is the Delta Classic against Delta State, the in-state Division II neighbor from Cleveland, barely thirty miles up the road. Conference play brings the two dates that matter most locally: Alcorn State visits Rice-Totten on Halloween, and MVSU makes the short trip to Jackson State on November 7 in a series that always draws a crowd at Mississippi Veterans Memorial Stadium. Homecoming lands on October 17 against Bethune-Cookman, and the Delta Devils close at home on Senior Day against Alabama A&M. Itta Bena remains the place that produced Jerry Rice, and Rice-Totten still carries that history into every fall.
